How do I book a storage unit?
Booking a unit is simple! You can reserve your storage space directly through our website by selecting your preferred unit size, rental duration, and location. Once you’ve filled in your contact details and confirmed your payment method, your unit will be reserved immediately. Prefer speaking with someone? Our customer service team is also available to assist with bookings over the phone or in person.
Can I book a unit in advance?
Absolutely! We encourage early bookings, especially during peak seasons. You can reserve your unit days or even weeks in advance to ensure availability. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll hold the unit for you until your move-in date — giving you peace of mind and time to prepare.
Is there a minimum rental period when booking?
Yes, the minimum rental period is one month. However, we offer flexible options beyond that, including short-term and long-term plans. If you’re unsure how long you’ll need the unit, you can start with the minimum and easily extend your rental as needed. We believe in flexibility to suit your changing storage needs.
What information do I need to provide during booking?
To complete your booking, you’ll need to provide basic personal information such as your name, contact number, email address, and a valid form of identification. If you’re booking on behalf of a business, we may also request your company details. All your information is securely handled, and the process typically takes just a few minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of convenient payment methods to make your experience hassle-free. These include major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), bank transfers, and secure online payments through our website. For long-term rentals or business accounts, we also offer invoicing and auto-debit options. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted systems.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking a unit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit helps us ensure the unit is returned in good condition after use. The amount varies depending on the unit size but will be clearly stated during the booking process. The deposit will be refunded within a few days after your rental ends, provided there is no damage or unpaid balance.
Can I set up automatic monthly payments?
Absolutely. For your convenience, we offer an auto-pay feature that allows you to link your preferred payment method for monthly billing. Once enabled, your rent will be charged automatically on your due date — so you never have to worry about missing a payment or late fees. You can manage or cancel this feature anytime through your account dashboard.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, we’ll notify you right away via email and SMS. A grace period of a few days is provided to give you time to settle the balance without penalty. If payment is not made within the grace period, a late fee may apply, and access to your unit could be temporarily restricted until the account is up to date. We always encourage customers to contact us if they’re having payment difficulties — we’re here to help.
What are your access hours?
Most of our facilities offer 24/7 access so you can reach your storage unit whenever it’s convenient for you — day or night. We understand that flexibility is important, especially for businesses and individuals with unpredictable schedules. Some locations may have slightly different access times due to local regulations, so we recommend checking with your specific branch for exact hours.
How do I access my storage unit after booking?
Once your booking is confirmed and your first payment is made, you’ll receive a unique access code or digital key. This code allows you to enter the facility and open your assigned unit. For extra security, some of our locations also use mobile access apps or biometric systems. Our staff will guide you through the process on your first visit to ensure you’re fully comfortable accessing your unit independently.
Can someone else access my unit on my behalf?
Yes, you can authorize other individuals to access your unit. This is common for family members, employees, or movers. During the booking or anytime after, you can add “authorized users” to your account. These users will receive their own access credentials or must present valid ID when visiting. For added security, only individuals listed on your account will be granted entry.
Is the facility monitored for security during off-hours?
Absolutely. All our facilities are equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, motion detectors, and controlled entry systems. Even when staff isn’t present, our security systems remain fully operational. Your unit is individually alarmed, and unauthorized access is strictly prevented. We prioritize safety so you can store your items with complete peace of mind — anytime.
How secure are your storage facilities?

Each location is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, secure perimeter fencing, controlled access gates, and well-lit environments — inside and out. Every unit is individually lockable, and many locations also feature motion sensors and alarm systems. We take every measure to ensure your belongings are safe at all times.
Do you monitor the facility even when it's closed?
Yes, our security systems are active around the clock, even outside of business hours. Surveillance cameras continue recording 24/7 and are monitored regularly to ensure rapid response to any suspicious activity. Even if no staff is present onsite, the facility remains protected through automated systems and remote monitoring protocols.
Can I use my own lock for the storage unit?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to use their own high-quality padlock for added peace of mind. You can bring your own or purchase one directly from our office. Some units come with advanced locking mechanisms, including digital keypad or smart locks, depending on the location. Your unit, your choice — and your key is always yours alone.
Are my items insured while in storage?
While we maintain a secure environment, we also recommend protecting your belongings with insurance. In some cases, basic coverage is included in your rental, but you can also opt for additional insurance at a small monthly cost for higher-value items.
